1974년에 MM 영어학원을 설립한 후, 보다 효과적인 영어 교육 프로그램을 학생들에게 제공하기 위해 ELT 교재 및 온라인 학습 프로그램을 개발하고 출판하는 MM Publications은 1998년에 성공적으로 세계 시장에 진출하였습니다.

2004년 ELT Online을 출시한 이후, 유럽, 중동, 아시아, 미국 등 100여 개 국가의 공립 및 사립 교육 기관에서 MM의 학습 시스템을 활발하게 사용하고 있습니다.
